Skynet Broadband Service offers broadband internet services, IP Telephony, IPVOD, and Data Connectivity. Our services are provided to customers in the Sylhet Division and are subject to availability.
3. Customer Obligations
- Customers must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
- Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and password.
- Customers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using our services.
4. Payment Terms
- Service fees are billed monthly and must be paid by the due date.
- Late payments may result in service suspension or termination.
- All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in our Return and Refund Policy.
5. Service Usage
- Customers must not use the service for any unlawful or prohibited activities.
- Skynet reserves the right to terminate or suspend services if misuse is detected.
6. Service Availability
- While we strive to provide 99.99% uptime, service interruptions may occur due to maintenance or unforeseen issues.
- Skynet is not liable for any loss or damage caused by service interruptions.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Skynet is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
- Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the service in the month the incident occurred.
8. Changes to Terms
- Skynet reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Customers will be notified of significant changes.
